How can we create Timeout conditions in workflow?
The following steps are below:
1. Create a new CRM workflow process. Run this workflow in the background is required for any timeout condition
2. Click on the “Add Step” and select “Wait Condition”
3. Click on the Wait until (Click to configure)
4. Click the drop down to select the local values – Process (bottom of the list after all the Related Entities)
5. Click on the next drop down and select Timeout
6. Set the Timeout condition to 1 day after the current execution time as an example.
